A 50 % non refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Final payments must be received in our office no later than 42 days prior to delivery. Cancellation fees will only be accepted in writing and must be received no later than 42 days prior to delivery. If final payment has already been received 50% will be refunded. If cancellation is within this period all monies will be forfeited.

Butterfly Concepts does not take responsibility for failed butterfly releases where instruction provided during consultancy have not been followed once possession has been transferred to the purchaser.

Should the Purchaser or nominated person fail to make themselves available at the place and time agreed by both parties for delivery, live Butterflies will not be left unattended. Following a failure by the Purchaser or nominated person to receive delivery, no guarantee is made by Butterfly Concepts that delivery will be made prior to time of Wedding.

The Purchaser, upon entering any agreement with Butterfly Concepts, acknowledges that Butterfly Concepts does not guarantee a successful release in conditions of strong winds, rain, after sunset or below 17 degrees Celsius as recorded with the New South Wales Bureau of Meteorology.

In the event Butterflies are delivered by Courier, Butterfly Concepts takes all care but no responsibility as to failed delivery or misadventure of the said Courier Company.
Butterfly Concepts will endeavour to supply the requested species on the agreed day, however, should the species be unavailable in the requested numbers, the Purchaser agrees to accept delivery of a substituted species in full satisfaction of the agreement.

The Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Butterfly Concepts Australia Pty Limited, its owners, employees, and volunteers for any liability arising from any death or bodily injury (physical or mental) to the Purchaser and to third Parties resulting from he use of our services, as well as any loss or damage to any property to the Purchaser or to Third Parties resulting from any use of our services (direct or indirect), in whole or in part.

In the event Butterfly Concepts are unable to fulfill any order through destruction of butterflies by act of God, fire, theft, malicious damage, or by force of nature, Butterfly Concepts guarantees to the Purchaser a full refund within 28 days of date of delivery.
